Therapeutic Support Groups

HAES aligned interpersonal support for folks with disordered eating

Human beings are social creatures, but the anxiety and self-doubt that accompanies disordered eating contributes to social withdrawal, loneliness, and depression.  Therapeutic Support Groups provide an opportunity to give and receive support so that you can find your voice and start to feel less alone. Our groups are open to anyone who is struggling with their relationship with food and their body -- you don't need a clinical diagnosis to attend.

Facilitated by a Registered Therapist, therapeutic support groups provide space for you to connect and communicate with folks who experience similar struggles.  They also support you to develop practical skills and tools that you can practice inside and outside of the group so that you can be on your way to finding freedom from your disordered relationship with food and your body.

Each group session consists of up to 10 members and lasts 90 minutes.

Please contact us for more information and to register your interest for the next group.
