I also have a particular passion for supporting new mum's in their transition to motherhood, and exploring postpartum body image. The notion that mothers' bodies need to 'bounce back' after growing and birthing tiny humans is toxic and deeply rooted in diet / wellness culture. New mum's deserve a space to connect with themselves and their bodies in a grounded and caring space as they navigate the monumental transition to motherhood. In addition to 1:1 therapy sessions, I also run therapeutic support groups for new mums.

A disordered relationship with food impacts all aspects of your self and your life. As such, I believe that therapeutic treatment needs to address all of you: mind, body and spirit. Fundamentally, healing your relationship with your body and food needs to be a process of empowered self-discovery and I am here to stand beside you.....whenever you feel ready x
